Hot Honey is our basswood and sweet clover honey infused with red chili peppers and uniquely characterized by its "swicy" (sweet and spicy) flavor profile.

The natural, floral sweetness of the honey serves as an initial note, followed immediately by a distinct, building warmth and piquant kick from the chili peppers.

Hot honey can be drizzled over a wide variety of foods, including fried chicken, pizza, and roasted vegetables like Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes.
